Return Standards

Items must be returned within 30 days of order date, shipped back to us via media mail, and include a copy of the packing slip.

The following items need to be returned unopened; CD’s, DVD’s, video, other music formats, and software. If opened, the above products can not be refunded.

Bibles, books, and other printed material can be returned if returned in as new condition.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
